Welcome

I'm a UKCP and BACP registered integrative psychotherapist and counsellor in Glasgow Southside. My comfortable counselling room in the Southside is within easy reach of Glasgow city centre, Pollokshields, Newton Mearns, Giffnock and the West End of Glasgow. During the pandemic, I moved to online therapy and am now adopting a blended approach combining face-to-face and online work.

You may be feeling anxious, depressed or having relationship issues. You may be experiencing difficult life events such as bereavement, divorce or redundancy. Or you may be confused as to how you are feeling, you're just tired of pretending everything is ok and want to feel better. You may have tried talking to friends or family and found it hasn't helped you feel better. At times like these, seeing a counsellor or psychotherapist can help you unburden yourself in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space.

About me
I've undertaken seven years of psychotherapy training and am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Insitutute in London, one of the leading providers of psychotherapy training in the UK.

Who Can Benefit?
Counselling and psychotherapy are talking therapies that can help just about everyone, regardless of age, race and gender.

Who can benefit?

I'm an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor in Glasgow's Southside, which means my approach allows me to tailor-make therapeutic strategies and tools to meet your unique needs. Research has shown that the relationship with your counsellor is crucial to feeling the benefit of therapy and I work to create an environment in which you can trust me to support you at your most vulnerable. I have extensive experience of working with people with a wide variety of issues and from different cultures and backgrounds. I feel privileged to have accompanied them, through tears and laughter, as they discover more about themselves, others and their place in the world.
